Service Conditions

All the services performed by Magnum are regulated by the following general conditions:

• All the documents delivered for budget and translation are treated with total confidentiality as to what concerns its content.
• A value for the translation service will only be indicated after a complete analysis ot the document(s).
• The delivery deadline for each service is indicated at the time of the sending of the budget.
• The request for an urgent translation is subject to special conditions.
• The documents may be sent to us through electronic or physical means, their delivery being performed according to the client’s specification.
• A translation is considered adjudicated only after the reception of a 50% down payment, the delivery deadline being accounted from that date on.
• The payment may be done through bank transfer, the invoice being sent by mail, or e-mail.
